Planned billing, cancellation & plan changes
- If launched under these candidate terms, monthly plans would renew until cancelled, with no annual billing. Access would continue until the paid period ends after cancellation. No subscriptions can be purchased here.
- Planned upgrades would require confirmed payment; downgrades would take effect at period end after payment-provider confirmation. Billing and scheduled plan changes are unavailable.
Planned access after a plan ends
- Under the candidate terms, premium creation, public presentation assets and confidential buyer access would stop after expiration.
- The candidate proposes keeping records private and retained pending an approved retention policy, without automatic deletion or public disclosure. These subscription terms are not active.
- Planned Buyer Research cancellation would not remove valid seller-authorized participation.
Review, confidentiality & support
- Seller listings are subject to review. Presentation assets need approval before they can be distributed.
- Confidential access requires seller approval and acceptance of the required NDA. A planned paid plan would not replace these requirements.
